The Speakers Team is the heart and soul of Training and Education About the Middle East. Our speakers are volunteers from all walks of life and varied religious backgrounds. Many already have a solid knowledge of the Middle East conflict and are experienced public speakers.
T.E.A.M. nevertheless asks them to go through a thorough training cycle to make sure that there are no gaps in their knowledge. During these sessions, they also learn from each other since everybody is knowledgeable about some aspects but has gaps about some others.
Once they have attended the full 6 courses training cycle, they are asked to become themselves trainers for one or more of the courses in a following cycle, after which they are official T.E.A.M. speakers, available to the public at large.
Volunteers who have never spoken in public before are advised to join Toastmasters and get trained in public speaking there. Once they feel comfortable speaking in public, they can join the T.E.A.M. Speakers' Team.
